We had a talk about aeronautical and astronautical engineering on a zoom meeting with SYFC members. The talk was done by Dr Saurabh Bagare and lasted from 3:20pm to 4:40 pm. In summary, he answered questions about aeronautical and astronautical engineering, what they are helpful for and why he is interested in them.
During the presentation, he talked about useful applications of said fields and how they could be used to improve people's lives by providing better internet connectivity. He also talked about how aviation and spaceflight could be made more environmentally-friendly by changing the fuel or power source used and the type of propulsion.
In my opinion, the talk was informative as it provided details on the fields and what they could be used for, although it was not that engaging.
